My husband was admitted to the hospital, and upon arriving at his room, he was immediately greeted by Isaac. Isaac then quickly got him settled in. He was very friendly and caring. My husband was very nervous, but Isaac set his mind at ease right away. He explained to both of us what each procedure was and why it was needed. For the last three hours, he has been keeping us updated and taking care of all our needs. We are blown away by his kindness and just how much care he has shown. Isaac has shown us that my husband is in good hands. He is on top of things, and he truly advocates for his patients. You rock, Isaac. We need more nurses like you.

Day two of my family member's stay, and she was treated well once again. Isaac stayed on top of things all day. He wasn't just the nurse who gave his meds to him or checked on him a few times; Isaac stayed on top of things all day! He cared for him with such compassion, but he was also his cheerleader. My family member is weak and exhausted, but Isaac reminded him that he was in his corner and even managed to make him smile a few times. We have also never seen a nurse advocate for a patient as Isaac does. Something was ordered, but it didn't really make sense to us, so we inquired about it. Isaac looked into it, and sure enough, it wasn't needed. If we asked for something, Isaac found relief for him within minutes. When we received hard news from one of the doctors, again, Isaac was right there to reassure us that we would not be working through this alone. You have a gem in Isaac. We not only have the care of a great nurse, but we have a compassionate friend who truly cares about his patient and his family. Thank you, Isaac.
