He is kind, attentive, respectful, gentle, helpful, and most importantly, it is clear that he likes his job
Isaac was my night nurse during my stay. He was always kind and so respectful, treating me with dignity and humanity. I am ever so appreciative of him and the whole 5th-floor staff. Isaac always took the time out of his busy night to explain to me what was going on with medications and treatments. My IV felt uncomfortable, and he took the time to change it immediately so that I would be comfortable.
I know I can be difficult when it comes to medications because I am afraid of them. He always gave me space and would tell me, “You always have the option, when you are ready, I can wait for you.” He would also then take the time to explain to me why taking the pain meds would be better in the long run. Then he would give me space to make a choice. Needless to say, his words calmed me and convinced me to take medical advice, and I decided to take the medication. He is a treasure.

My family and I want to congratulate Nurse Isaac Martinez. This is the fourth time that my dad has been hospitalized. Isaac is an angel for caring for the sick and their families. He is kind, attentive, respectful, gentle, helpful, and most importantly, it is clear that he likes his job. Congratulations, Isaac, you took great care of us! Keep up the good work and take care of yourself and your patients.

To Isaac’s mother: The purpose of these humble lines is to congratulate you on the son, Isaac, whom God gave you. I am a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. I know what children mean to every mother, and in Isaac's attitude and self-confidence, you can see the great love that you place in your son by making him a good man. He has the values and principles that are required to give us, the people who have the privilege of knowing him and receiving his warm, noble, professional, and spiritual treatment, which was formed with all the love of a great mother. You and your husband should be proud of this wonderful human being that you have as a son. I am a patient who was satisfied to have known and received the best professional attention from Isaac.
