I was admitted to this hospital because of an accident, which was so serious that I was in the ICU. After that, I went to the ward, and all the nurses really took care of me as if I were their sister, especially one staff member who really did a warm care to me.

I was not stable, and I couldn't walk or move. I was like a bedridden patient, and sometimes I couldn't remember anything. Iqra came to me and talked in my own language and asked me while I was trying to get out of bed with her cute smile, instead of getting angry, and she told me, “I am asking this because you know you are not stable and can't understand your situation so I am here to explain some and to help and support you”.

Even though she was so busy with her other patients, she took the time to teach me about my condition and helped me feel comfortable with her kind heart. Really, the way she treated me reminds me of my family, and I wish she were actually my sister. She helped me regain my strength. Now I am walking alone and doing my things. I was not confident, and I couldn't believe I would be back to normal. Because of her support, I did it.

 Every day she visits me and talks with me with the same smile on her face. I can talk to her anytime because she is always available for me, even on a very busy day for her. Staff like her can make a hospital truly a family, and I am so proud to recommend her.
