We were feeling quite distressed because we felt we hadn’t received enough information from the doctors and were simply very worried about our son. When we, as parents, pressed the call button to ask for a nurse, Sister Ines came to us right away. She took the time to explain everything, especially about the pain medication and the next steps. That really helped us relax and brought much more clarity. It was truly patient-centered care that made a big difference.
