I came into the ER due to having seizures (I have epilepsy). I know it's not an emergency, but I didn't have insurance. She was very compassionate towards me and didn't make me feel like I was wasting her time or make it like I shouldn't be there. She asked me questions to see if I had any other needs. She kept reiterating how important it was to take my medication. Made me feel like she really cared. She took her time and didn't rush to get me out like I have had happen to me in the past. I was embarrassed to go, but by the time I left, I was glad I went and very grateful to the staff there.
