Idowu has consistently provided high-quality patient care, and she quickly builds strong bonds even with newly admitted patients who exhibit aggressive behaviors
Olly’s nominator shared: I sincerely understand that recognizing and nominating nurses is crucial, especially working with multiple eligible and qualified professionals on my unit and all the units I have been assigned. Yes, there is a saying that “many are called, but few are chosen,” so I have chosen this nurse as a candidate for this year’s award. She has demonstrated advancement in nurse duties through excellent clinical practice and management of the unit. She is actively involved in creating cordial relationships with staff and patients for the smooth operation of the unit. Idowu has consistently provided high-quality patient care, and she quickly builds strong bonds even with newly admitted patients who exhibit aggressive behaviors. She is a professional who contributes immensely and effectively to staff members, social workers, doctors, and supervisors, which significantly impacts the entire unit. To ensure that the day-to-day activities are conducted correctly, Idowu frequently joins the TPWs on the floor to assist in any way possible, especially during mealtime and lunch. Olly’s unique attributes and exceptional contributions to TVBH showcase why I believe you will agree with me in this selection and honor her with this outstanding prestigious award.
