Ianna Victoriano, RN

Ianna cared for my father-in-law during the final days of his life in the ICU, and she did so with a level of compassion and tenderness that our family will never forget. He lived a full life, and in his most vulnerable moments, Ianna made him feel seen, safe, and cared for. He absolutely adored her, and that says everything. In the ICU, it is easy to focus on the clinical. Ianna never lost sight of the human being in that bed. She treated him with dignity and warmth, and she brought peace to an incredibly difficult time for our entire family. Nurses like Ianna are why families can endure the unendurable. She is extraordinary, and she deserves to be recognized.
