Ian Thomas is very nice and understanding about my issue. He looked at every detail of my test results and explained to me in detail the questions I have. In addition to that, he monitors the medication that I am receiving closely and changes it as needed. When I needed assistance with other things, Ian would step in and help so that I had what I needed during my stay at the hospital.
