Hulda was very caring to my mother and took exemplary care of her. She told us things like why it was important not to bring blankets from home and explained other aspects of sterile care for her, such as making sure we had our masks on and pulled up correctly. She also told us not to pull our masks down at all.

I am grateful she told us things we could do as a family to keep my mother safe. All the nurses provided great care to my mother, but Hulda was exemplary!

Thank you, Hulda, and all of your co-workers for helping Mom get over the flu and pneumonia in the ICU. I am so glad TCRH was her care provider. She would not be here on this earth if you all had not helped her! And she saw her 97th birthday because of you all!
