Hugo showed extraordinary empathy and compassion towards me during my 9-day stay on the Urology Ward. He was unfailingly helpful and cheered and supported me during several periods of despair when my kidney and urinary functions were awry.
Hugo is a truly wonderful, warm man who clearly has excellent knowledge and experience of his profession of nursing.
