I would like to recognize Holly, who went above and beyond to take care of me!! She consistently checked on me, she made sure I was comfortable, informed, and well cared for. Her compassion, attention to detail, and calm, reassuring presence made a tremendous difference during a challenging time. She not only demonstrated outstanding clinical skill but also showed genuine kindness and empathy in every interaction. It was clear that she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in providing the highest standard of nursing care. Thanks to Holly, my experience on 4 West was far more positive than I could have imagined. She is an outstanding representative of the nursing profession and a credit to the entire ward team. Another example of her kindness and compassion is that she came in on her day off to bring me flowers for my birthday. That right there is ABOVE and BEYOND!
