I write to acknowledge the compassionate, attentive care that Holly provided for me while I was hospitalized. She went above and beyond by ensuring that I was comfortable and that my needs were met. She graciously offered to change my sheets; she provided me with toiletries and plenty of supplies for keeping myself cleaned up. The way that she assisted was so genuine and sincere.

While I was in the hospital, my Apple earbuds also went missing. I shared this with Holly, and she moved the bed, searched around my chair, then thought to check the trash. Lo and behold, that's where they were - they had fallen in there while the cleaning staff was in the room! Holly thoroughly disinfected them, and we both celebrated.

I also experienced an allergic reaction while I was in the hospital. Holly's quick thinking and actions prevented things from becoming worse. Afterwards, she was apologetic to me, hoping that she didn't make me nervous, but I assured her that I could not see one ounce of worry on her face! She was the ultimate professional. I also appreciated that Holly and I talked about general life experiences. It was nice to discuss something other than my illness with a medical professional. Most of the nurses that I have encountered are incredibly kind and patient. But Holly was next level - and I thought it was important to let her know how much she is truly appreciated.
