My 47-year-old husband arrived at your ED and was having horrible chest pain. I was contacted and had to call back twice to see where I was going with the anxiety that I was having. When I asked if my husband was going to be okay, she stated that he was in critical condition, and it was his heart, and they were prepping him for a procedure. I immediately asked if she could FaceTime me so that I could see him and talk to him, in case he was not alive by the time I arrived. My over an hour drive felt like days. Holly not only facetimed me and my hubby, she also took the time to ask me if I was okay, and if I needed anyone to talk to, and to be safe, and that they were doing everything possible to help my hubby. Her compassion and professionalism were over the top! Upon arrival, she was there and informed me that he was in the cath lab. She took the time to walk with me to the waiting area with the house supervisor. Holly returned to check on me and talk with me. I'm forever grateful for her presence that morning and the huge difference she made to me and my family. She's a special angel on earth.
