Holden is such a great example of being in charge and being a team member. He is so friendly and always does his best to give everyone around him his best face forward, even if the day has been a challenge. He leads by example and is always kind. I work in EVS, and Holden always treats me with kindness and respect. He is always willing to help me clean the ED rooms when things get too messy or just to lend a helping hand when I am super busy. He treats everyone with respect and kindness, not to mention seems to be the life of the ED overnight team. Participating in every fun thing to boost morale, taking care of patients, and being involved.

I think Holden makes everyone feel important in their roles here at Platte Valley. He definitely makes my day just a little brighter. He says hello every time and always makes you feel like you are a part of the team, no matter what role you play here at Platte Valley Intermountain Health. His attitude towards his job, coworkers, and patients seems to be contagious . That is what teamwork looks like. I appreciate his smile and kind face every day I see him. Thanks, Holden, for being such a great human being! He never puts himself above the duty or task. He just does what needs to be done in order to make the ED efficient and clean.
