Hello! I am 77 and have been to enough doctors and staff offices to be able to see a superstar!

I have been getting treatments over here for the last 8 months, and Hema has never failed to impress me. She shocks me with her over-the-top concern for me. She never runs into the room or shows any signs of leaving until she has gone over everything and every question I have. You can tell her response shows how much she cares about me, and I can see that is who she is with all the people she comes into contact with. I'm sure she is that way in her personal life as well!

I could give many examples over the months, and each one amazes me a little bit more. But when I think of the best example that tells us all, it was when Hema went out of her way to accommodate me with a chair.

I told her that my back was killing me and I wish that they had a chair in the treatment room as they had in the waiting room. I had hardly gotten done telling her, and she was already bringing one in for me. She pushed it all the way down the hallway and into the room. This is who she is.

I will never forget the extreme concern she has for me and all the patience she shows to anyone she comes into contact with. I have never met anyone like her and will never forget her. What a great experience.
