Heather did her job in an outstanding, caring, courteous, and professional manner. She spoke with concern to my husband, was empathetic to his complaints, took her time to stroke his arm while inserting the next IV, stopped to listen to us and her patient as though we were her only patients and family to attend to. She assisted her co-workers and sought the latest updates from the attending physician. Her work ethic, compassion, and skills allow the organization to shine.

Please let her know how much she meant to us. She may have RN after her name, but she is the epitome of all that is not encompassed in those letters: the ability to remain calm, the ability to explain, the ability to answer all questions and concerns, the ability to ease pain, and assure her patient that he is responding to treatments.
