I have a lot of health problems, so I am in contact with many good nurses. Heather is the exception. She is not good at the work she does. She is wonderful! I have never met a more compassionate, deeply caring, exceptional woman who happens to have chosen the right profession. Heather never stopped smiling the four days I was there. She was open, warm, and very concerned about my well-being. But the trick is, and Heather has mastered it, the ability to have all the talents that a professional nurse should possess and all of the caring and personal connections she makes with the patients. Heather has met all the nomination criteria and exceeded it.
