Heather really goes the extra mile to make sure a client feels safe, cared for, and that each of them matters. Clients can be persistent and demanding at times and seek her out when she is obviously occupied with another matter, but she will make the time to listen to their concerns and validate, while still being able to direct them to the best solution.

I’ve heard many times, from different clients, how much they appreciate having her as their designated nurse. That is a testament in itself with the particular clientele she serves!!
