I couldn't have gotten through the past few nights, if it had not been for Heather Mase. She is a Godsend and was an intricate part of getting patients placed on CDU, when we had no other beds. She helped me evaluate placement and stepped up and made a difference in patient care. I would like to nominate her for the DAISY Award. She made a difference in patients' lives and their care by helping get them into a more comfortable place than being in the ER. I am so thankful to work with awesome nurses like Heather.
