As your website states: "We treat the condition and care for the patient." I'll start off by saying that every ICU Nurse involved in my care did an excellent job and was very attentive to my needs. Heather stood out because she was always extra cheerful and encouraging. She also seemed to know what I needed before I could ask.

Heather took the time to converse with me, comfort me, and explain things in detail that I could understand. When she said she'd follow up on a task for me, she did. Heather also made my husband, family, and friends feel comfortable during visits. Never did Heather make me feel like she didn't have time for me or that she needed to rush on to the next patient. She is fact stated, "While I'm in your room, I've got no one else to care for"..."My time is yours, my dear." Heather cared for me with skill, humor, and compassion. She is a true asset to your team. She is a blessing to me and others!
