I always enjoy working with Heather. I truly find her to be so refreshing and such a joy to work with. I have to say, there are so many incidents that I give her kudos for. She is a rarity for sure. She never discriminates against her co-workers, regardless of whether you are an aide or a nurse; she is always there to support you, no matter what. She never asks you not to give of anything of yourself that she herself will not give. Her number one prime objective is to take good care of her patients!

One recent incident that makes me hold Heather in the utmost highest of standings is that we had a patient actively dying with a lot of family members present. She was absolutely wonderful in dealing with them by showing compassion, but more importantly by going above and beyond for the patient to keep her at all cost pain free and as comfortable as possible. She was absolutely wonderful! I can't say enough about her. I truly wish we had more caring and loving people like her taking care of our families. She is one in a million!
