Heather was our advocate during COVID and remembered us and continues to put her patients first, and she listens and allows us to tell her our needs and follows through. She is compassionate, attentive, caring, bubbly, positive, quick with care, and goes above and beyond.

Heather was exceptional in her care. She was quick to answer my questions, and if she didn't know the answer, she was able to follow up with the MD. The ER was busy, but Heather demonstrated exceptional teamwork.
