Heather is compassionate, professional and has the sweetest personality. Not only caring for the patient but also making sure the family is updated and cared for as well. Top notch nurse! I was at the ER for an acute case of vertigo. Heather was my nurse. I have had her one other occasion, she is a wonderful nurse and both times she treated me so kindly, professional, caring, wonderful personality and patient with me. was prompt at what my needs were. Made sure I was comfortable as I could be! She always had a smile on her face. A person like her is an asset to the ER Department. It is nice to know that there are caring people like her. I was so excited when I seen her face last Thursday. Made my stay so much easier. She needs a big thank you for a job well done! She is the best.
