Heather C Lance, BSN, RN
Heather is just the most caring person I have encountered in a long time. She shared stories with me and comforted me. This has been the scariest time in my life. I've been going through a very hard time, and this woman made me feel safe and secure, bringing my mind to a good place.
Heather was the first nurse I encountered. I'm a big guy, and she has taken such good care of me, making me feel that everything was going to be okay. She went completely out of her way to help me feel better and safe. If anybody deserves an award, I have to put her at the top.
She has a small tattoo on her wrist, and she explained its meaning to me. Something she didn't have to do, but it brought me comfort like you wouldn't believe. Thank you, Heather.
