Hayley is a loyal, compassionate, and dedicated nurse leader who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that her patients' needs are met. Recently, during inclement weather, she worked with several unsheltered members of the community to ensure that they had transportation and a list of warming shelters. Hayley leads by example and is always available to the team members. She provides a listening ear and a warm shoulder to lean on.

Hayley led and coordinated multiple community service projects, including shopping/prepping Thanksgiving blessing bags and providing Angel Tree donations. She fosters a positive working environment and frequently sends Kudo cards and shoutouts to the team. She has great pride in the work and ensures that no task is left undone. Hayley eloquently demonstrates our ministry's core values, and I am grateful to have the opportunity to work with this leader. Thank you for all that you do!
