I found myself in the Sage Unit after having some troubles at home and work. I am an RN and take care of my dad at his home while balancing my home life and work. I had the worst expectations when I got here, but this nurse alleviated that with compassionate care. Hayley is a compassionate nurse to everyone. It is difficult to navigate your healthcare when you are in certain conditions.

Hayley is always ready to help and is a wonderful listener. She is the best nurse I have ever encountered as a patient. She provides compassionate care and interacts wonderfully with patients. I feel that having a good conversation and a difficult conversation is sometimes necessary, and she gave me some good tips on how to manage my life on the night shift.

The most important thing to know is that when she comes in, she has a smile on her face and can make everyone feel comfortable. She's a great listener, and she gives great advice. For someone so young to have this level of emotional intelligence is a beautiful thing. Not to mention, I feel this is a must for RNs.
