Hattie Zieroth, RN

In what can be an embarrassing reason to be in the ER, Hattie made me much less so and focused on getting me prepped for treatment. She was very attentive to my discomfort, physical and emotional. She coordinated so well with the physician I felt like they were definitely a team with the same methods and goals. In what seemed like long waits for medication to act, Hattie stayed with me, reassuring and encouraging me. She also made sure the friend who brought me to the ER was informed of my progress. Hattie is a great example of the exceptional care SSM advocates and carries out.
