I would like to nominate Hans for his care and knowledge, which were above and beyond any hospital experience I have ever had. I was very scared and had two issues simultaneously. Hans took the time to explain and educate me, which put me at ease every step of the way. Each question was patiently talked through, so I knew what to expect. My fears and anxiety lifted, and I was able to rest and try to focus on my healing. Upon my discharge, Hans took the time to go through all of the paperwork with me so that I had a thorough understanding. He even carried my bags and accompanied me to the door. There are no words for the gratitude I feel for his kind, skillful, and compassionate dedication. Also, I would like to say that my experience at TriPoint was wonderful, with all the doctors, nurses, and healthcare services I was blessed to have. Thank you to you all so very much.
