My little brother has been in the ICU here for a week now, and everyone has been so very kind and done such an awesome job, but Hannah touched our lives in such a way we’ll never forget! She talked to us, and by the end of our first of many days sitting here with our loved one, we knew she was not only doing her absolute best to take care of him, but also there for us. She is the kindest, sweetest lady, and we really hope she gets this award because she really deserves it.

Hannah was so nice not only to my brother but to his family. She spoke so gently to my brother. Once any alarm went off, she was on it. She asked us multiple times if we needed coffee or anything else. She explained everything to us as things were happening. If I ever had to choose a nurse, I would ask for her. Cookeville Regional should be blessed to have her.

Hannah made such a difficult time more bearable. Our brother, being so very sick, was nursed by her, and we loved how she cared for him and was more than hospitable to all of us who came from out of town. We felt like we had someone on our side and believed the best as we have tried to do. She smiled so often and was such a sweet person to spend the time she had most effectively care for our brother. We are, and will forever be, so grateful to her during the very hard time we were going through.
