My dad was admitted with influenza A, pneumonia, and low O2 levels, which was the icing on the cake for his heart attack. During his stay, Hannah was the first nurse we encountered.

Hannah had an excellent bedside manner. I am sure she has that with everyone, but my dad is not the easiest person to deal with on a normal day, let alone when ill! He was difficult, but that never stopped Hannah or threw her for a loop.

She answered all of our questions, even if she had to repeat herself multiple times. She was never annoyed from the repeating or dad's uneasiness of medical professionals.

I was impressed with how Hannah was lighthearted and able to easily work with everyone who came into Dad's room. It literally was like they all were one team; they all knew each other for years. It was very seamless, and Hannah never missed a beat.

Thank you for the great care you provided to my dad! It was a great first day and certainly very hard for anyone else to be close to the standard you set for us!
