She cared for me with a calm attentiveness that never felt intrusive. She explained every step in my care in a way that made me feel informed and empowered, even during the most overwhelming moments.
This was my fourth time giving birth, and while I thought I knew what to expect, Hannah completely redefined what compassionate, attentive, and personal care looks like.
From the moment I arrived at Arnot in labor, Hannah made me feel safe, seen, and truly cared for. I had been in labor for nearly 20 hours, I was tired, uncomfortable, and emotionally worn, but not once did Hannah let her presence slip. Hannah managed to maintain a perfect balance between respecting my personal space and being fully present. She cared for me with a calm attentiveness that never felt intrusive. She explained every step in my care in a way that made me feel informed and empowered, even during the most overwhelming moments.
There were times I had questions or requests that couldn't be fulfilled, but Hannah always took the time to explain them. She never rushed, never dismissive, always with kindness. That level of empathy and communication is something I'll never forget.
She also made such a beautiful effort to include my family throughout the process. She kept them engaged, informed, and comfortable, and as a mom, that meant so much to me. It wasn't just about medical care; it was about emotional support, and she offered both with grace.
What's even more amazing is that Hannah mentioned she was a newer nurse, but you truly wouldn't know it. She handled every situation with confidence and compassion that gave me the impression that I was in the best hands possible.
This experience was particularly meaningful to me because I wasn't even supposed to deliver at Arnot. I had received my prenatal care at a different hospital, but after being treated poorly during a previous false labor visit, I knew I couldn't return. Uncertain of what to expect, I instinctively came to Arnot, where I received care that exceeded my expectations.
I wish I could say all of my deliveries had been this positive, but they weren't. Hannah made this one special, not just for her actions but for how she made me feel. Safe. Heard. Supported.
Hannah is, without question, an Extraordinary Nurse. Her kindness, professionalism, and heart touched me in a way I'll never forget, and I hope she knows just how special she is. I truly can't thank HANNAH enough!
