Haley graduated from St. Catherine University with a Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in Clinical Nurse Leadership. Her professional interests include Neonatology and Geriatric Hospice Care. She seeks opportunities aligned with holistic interventions and patient-centered care, aiming to contribute to innovative, evidence-based practices that drive quality improvement.

Prior to this program, Haley earned a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry with an emphasis in Biochemistry and Pre-Health from the University of Minnesota Morris in December 2021. Her passion for patient advocacy and dignity, combined with adaptable and attentive bedside care, underscores her commitment to facilitating healing.

As a nursing assistant, Haley focuses on critical thinking to improve health outcomes, promote safety, maximize care quality, and ensure patient-centeredness.
