My father had a fall at home and was not able to make his pre-op/pre-admission appointment. I needed to call 911 out to his house. I called Haley to let her know what happened and why he would not be at the appointment. Haley was a Pro. She said that she would call the doctor's office to let them know about my dad and also inform his staff that my dad was going to the ER at Christus Santa Rosa Hospital in New Braunfels.

A few hours after arriving, his doctor's Nurse Practitioner called and then arrived in the ER. She was able to get things done for my dad. Haley came by to check on him, to make sure he was okay. Haley was an absolute angel. She had the foresight to take charge and contact his doctor. That's a real hero to us. So blessed that she followed through - above and beyond - for him. We can't thank her enough!
