I arrived at the Augusta Health ER, and I was on a treatment table, having a heart attack. Attendants everywhere, chaos, but totally under control, each one knowing exactly what they needed to do. Lying there, I didn’t know much but was confident they were taking care of me. Finally, 2 stints later, I remember seeing “ICU” on the wall, and there was nurse Hailey.

For about the next two days, she was there for me, my wife, and my family. Her smile, kindness, and care are just a few words to describe the wonderful and outstanding care she provided. Her professional nursing care was excellent. Even after being moved to PCU on the third floor, a step down, she stopped in to see how my family and I were doing. I was truly blessed and very grateful for the total staff at Augusta Health. With grateful appreciation to all nurses and total staff at Augusta Health, thank you for such professional care.
