I first met Hailey yesterday. She was smiling, and you could see she enjoys what she does. She introduced herself and asked me if I had any questions. I had many questions about my father’s treatment and diagnosis. She took her time and answered them all.

Hailey even pulled up my father’s chest scan to show me his lungs and what pneumonia looks like. She was very patient with my mother and listened to her concerns and stories.

My mother was very appreciative. She asked what we called my father and then proceeded to call him that when referring to him. Overall, Hailey is compassionate, knowledgeable, patient, and loves her job! It is very comforting to those who are close to the patient and going through a difficult time.

She deserves a DAISY!
