Hailee Hutchens, RN, Associate s degree

Hailee, the overnight RN, has been outstanding since my mother was admitted to the ICU. On the first late night and early morning, Hailee got my mother settled and cleaned up. She went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything and every step of the process. She spoke to my mother as though she was awake and responsive. She walked us through everything; her bedside manner is outstanding, and she even made sure to check on us as a family. She bathed my mother, brushed and braided her hair, and always gave 100% and more. She is kind, sweet, caring, and showed us the value of great nursing. From the very beginning, Hailee was aware, responsive, and on top of her game. She went above and beyond to explain every single step and process. She explained what was happening and what would happen. She made sure we completely understood everything; her bedside manner is some of the best I have ever seen in any nurse. Her loving nature for her patients makes her shine. She made sure not only my mom was comfortable, but we as a family were, too. She made sure my mom was bathed and cleaned, and she went above and beyond to brush and untangle my mother's hair and braid it. She always made sure we, as a family, were comfortable and asked if we needed anything. She made sure we were all comfortable, explained everything, and broke it down so we could understand.
