I wanted to take a moment to recognize an extraordinary nurse at Medical City Dallas, Hailee Elliott. During one of the most difficult and emotional times in my son and daughter-in-law’s life- the loss of his father, which happened during the birth of his daughter- Hailee provided care, kindness, and compassion that went far beyond expectations. Not only did she ensure my son and daughter in law's medical needs were met with professionalism and skill, but her genuine empathy and emotional support made a lasting impact on our family.

In a time of immense grief and joy intertwined, Hailee provided comfort and reassurance that truly made a difference. I believe that exceptional caregivers deserve to be acknowledged, and I want to personally express my deepest gratitude.
