Gwen witnessed a veteran ambulating in the hallway, attempting to find the correct location for his scheduled appointment. While assisting him, she noticed that he had soiled his pants. She asked him if he was okay, he said he was searching for parking for a little over a half hour and ending up using the bathroom on himself.

Gwen stated that she would go locate him some pajamas, bath wipes, and some underwear to clean himself up prior to his appointment. The veteran initially declined stating that he would be fine, but Gwen was able to talk him into getting himself freshened up in time for his appointment. The veteran was very thankful for the care that Gwen provided.
