RN Kay made a very unpleasant situation into an enjoyable stay. I did not want to come in, and did not want to stay after I got here. RN Kay was so kind, professional, and over-the-top helpful that I decided to stay and get a procedure I really needed done. If it weren’t for her,who I’d have left. It’s people like her that make Veterans feel like they served for something important. All my thanks and gratitude.
