This RN is a ific asset to your team. He is very calm, caring, and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and asked if I had pain, and no, I didn't even feel the pinch of the needle! He is that good! I like my caretaker to talk to me and tell me what they are doing, and it also calms me for the procedure.

This nurse was excellent at that! I enjoy knowing something personal about my nurse, as we chatted, we both had lived in Miami. He also goes to North Carolina, where I grew up! We both love dogs, and when I asked to see pictures of his dog, it really made my day. He cheered me up so much.

He works with the PICC line department and is truly an asset. I have had very nice nursing care here, but when someone goes above and beyond as this RN did, it does not go unnoticed.
