Grace was a phenomenal nurse. My wife and I arrived at the hospital very scared, and Grace was on the ball with everything. She quickly came to the waiting area to talk to us, and did her best to quickly get us a room. When we got in, she quickly addressed my wife's blood pressure and clearly knew what she was doing. Grace also quickly got labs and an IV and was great at her skills. She listened to all of our concerns, and we knew we could be honest with her, and she was honest with us also. She came in several times during our visit, even when my wife wasn't her patient. Grace genuinely cared about us and was very personal. We're so thankful for all that she did for us during a very scary and traumatic time.
