My daughter was shot and brought into Regions. My daughter has ADHD and a mood disorder. So her anxiety was really high when she was brought in. In the ER because of my daughter's ADHD, she asks a lot of questions. She was scared and wanted to just go home, even though she had a bullet in her leg. She did not want to stay at the hospital, felt scared and alone. But then she met her nurse, Grace, and her kindness made such a huge difference in my daughter. My daughter finally felt relaxed and felt like she had someone she could trust and count on. I truly appreciate the effort Grace put into my daughter's speedy recovery. Grace's dedication to my daughter's health and wellness did not go unnoticed. Her kindness and commitment to my daughter were remarkable. I have never met a nurse in my 45 years of life who has done what she has done for my daughter. Regions is so lucky to have her, and my daughter was so blessed to have her as her nurse. Even though we came in sad with a bullet hole in her knee. Grace made sure all that sadness went away. Thank you, Grace, you have touched our lives more than you will ever know.
