Grace is a dedicated and compassionate neonatal nurse with over 21 years of experience at AUBMC who consistently demonstrates exceptional commitment to the care of our tiniest and most vulnerable patients. She is a certified NRP instructor and NIDCAP professional, and passionate about neurodevelopmental care.
She has been a Unit-Based Clinical Educator at AUBMC’s CPDC since 2022, mentoring NICU staff and improving clinical training. She is pursuing a Master's in Pediatric/Neonatal Clinical Nursing. Her calm presence, empathy, and genuine kindness bring great comfort to families during challenging times.
Grace’s passion for neurodevelopmental care and her role as a mentor and educator have positively influenced both her colleagues and the quality of care in the NICU. She is deeply respected by her team for her professionalism, patience, and the inspiring way she advocates for every newborn and family.
