I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care and support you provided to my mum during her time in the ICU. Your kindness, compassion, and dedication made a difficult time so much more bearable for our family. I would like to give special thanks to Goh for going above and beyond; your efforts truly made a difference, and we are grateful.

Thank you for all your hard work. I will never forget how she allowed me to cry and she held me close and told me ‘it’s okay’ I will take good care of your mum, we will work as a team to care for her and you can call us in the unit to check on her, this allowed me to feel like it was okay to leave and not feel guilty for abandoning my mum.

Goh could see it was hard for us to be separated, and I will never forget her words, "Your mum is safe", and when my mum left SICU she talked of how Goh smiled every minute. She made her stay pleasant, her smile brightened up her time there, and she helped to make a heavy experience lighter by giving us her full attention and smiles.
