I will be forever grateful for your warmth and humanity, which became a key part of my recovery and gave me the strength to keep going when I felt I could not continue anymore.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Hospital Zambrano and to the entire fourth-floor staff, who made me feel like family throughout my stay. Their smiles, attention, and compassionate care were essential in helping me overcome the most difficult experience of my life.

I would especially like to recognize Gloria de la Fuente, who guided me every step of the way during my chemotherapy treatment. Gloria, you are truly an angel. You made me feel cared for not only as a patient, but also as if I were a friend, a sister, and even a daughter. Your kindness and compassion will always remain in my heart as a gift from God.

Thank you for taking the time to listen to me, for checking on me constantly, for smiling, and for always thinking one step ahead about what I needed. My entire family and I care for you deeply; you became part of our family.

I will be forever grateful for your warmth and humanity, which became a key part of my recovery and gave me the strength to keep going when I felt I could not continue anymore. You are an extraordinary human being. May God always bless you.

Gloria is a nurse who deeply impressed me. She helped me tremendously during an extremely difficult stage of my life, and the support she provided was invaluable.

I especially remember one day when I was alone because my husband had to return to our hometown, and I was left accompanied only by my brother. That was the day I received my first chemotherapy treatment, and I became very ill. She stayed with me throughout her entire shift, constantly coming into my room to check on me, asking how I was feeling, and making sure I was okay.

In many ways, Gloria became a friend, a mother figure, and even a counselor to me. She sat with me and spoke with me for a long time. She helped not only my body tolerate the medication, but also helped calm my mind, because I was terrified and overwhelmed with fear.

I have the utmost respect and admiration for her because she made an enormous difference during my hospital stay. Throughout the two weeks I was hospitalized, Gloria was always attentive to me, caring for me with love, dedication, and extraordinary human compassion.

Her care and presence left a profound mark on my healing journey.
