When my brother had to be moved from one room to another around 8:00 PM a full hour after his scheduled departure He continued to work with the same genuine smile and open heart he had shown all day.

What truly stands out about him is how he carries this incredible work ethic with profound emotional intelligence. He answered every one of our questions with patience and warmth, ensuring we felt safe and informed. In moments of vulnerability, he saw us, heard us, and walked every step of the journey with us.
