This lady continually showed us her caring attitude during my stay. My hubby drove 90 miles to visit each day with his bad back. Instead of letting him rest in the hot car, she put him in an unused room with a recliner to rest from the hard chair. She is like a breath of fresh air. Always courteous and cheerful, and keeps me up to date on what is happening each day, which makes everything less stressful. For me, I had a lot of whiskers on my chin which bothered me, and she got me a special razor. She is careful, professional, and always makes sure every detail is taken care of. She asked what I needed and made sure I got Tylenol for my headache even though I didn’t ask. She was concerned about the lack of activity and gave me a belly shot. Even when she just walks by my door, she asks if I am ok or if I need anything. This obviously isn’t just a job to her; she treats me like a friend or family member. I noticed how careful she is about cleanliness. Each time the IV line is used, it is wiped and sanitized. This lady knows her business. She answered all my questions about treatment, like why BP numbers are higher or lower, and overall, she made my stay so much better. She even cheered when I got back from my CT scan. She is the best!
