Ginger Ireland-Hoffmann, MSN, RN, CCRN

Ginger is one of a kind. Each week, Ginger brought joy and happiness with her to clinical. She cares deeply about her students and always seeks out experiences for them. She takes the time to hear her students and gives meaningful feedback, encouragement, and support. She is beyond loving and truly one of a kind. She knows how to make hard things sweeter with her big bag of candy she brings everywhere. She has taught me so much about being a nursing professor, and even more about myself, helping me find my purpose. Nursing is a difficult profession, and we constantly doubt our ability to become nurses, or to be good nurses. Rest assured, Ginger will not let these thoughts and doubts stop us from reaching our full potential. She pushes her students to think outside the box and dig deeper to understand the people we care for. Those who meet Ginger are more than blessed to know she will advocate for you and push you to be your best. Ginger transforms her students each semester, and we are so thankful for her support and patience throughout this journey.
