I am writing to nominate Gina Wood for the DAISY Award in recognition of the exceptional care she provided to our loved one during her stay at Granville Health System. From the moment Gina entered the room, it was clear that she was not just performing her duties but was deeply committed to ensuring our loved one felt safe, comfortable, and well cared for. She took the time to listen to our concerns, addressing each one with patience and empathy.
