Ghozlan is a certified nurse in the Inpatient Department and has been working at Assuta Be'er Sheva for two years.

During one of her shifts, Ghozlan attended to a woman who had come for a medical procedure and appeared very frightened and anxious. The woman shared that the decision regarding the procedure she needed to undergo was complex for both her and her family. Ghozlan, who identified the woman's concerns, offered her assistance, a hug, and accompanied and supported her throughout the entire process. One could truly feel Ghozlan 's compassion and empathy, as well as the sense of security she provided to the woman. Particularly notable was her involvement and close, caring, and calming treatment, both at the medical level and emotionally.
